Email Pay, also known as, Payment by link is a secure payment link that can be sent directly to your customer via email. It's a fast, frictionless way to collect outstanding payments, invoices or one-off charges.
To generate a link for your customer:
Click Email Pay in the left-hand bar.
Select Create Links.
Select an installation from the drop-down list.
Select a currency from the drop-down list.
Add a description.
Type out a merchant reference. This is optional.
Type out the customer's email. This is optional.
Type out the customer's phone number. This is optional.
Select Yes/No to set an expiry date.
Click on calendar date to set an expiry date.
Click on Submit.
A generated link will be sent to the merchant's email. The merchant can communicate the link to their customer.
