Advanced Payments is a merchant information portal to search for transaction data.

Once logged in, the homepage page will display the total amount of transaction processed for the day.

Search Transactions

The merchant should know some details about the transaction they are searching for.

To search for details regarding a specific transaction:

  1. Click Transactions in the left-hand bar.

  2. Select Search transactions

  3. Under Search field, use the drop-down box to select from the list:

    • Transaction ID

    • Merchant Reference

    • Customer Email

    • Last 4 digits

    • IP Address

    • Same card as

    • Optimize360 Outcome

  4. Type the information in Search Term field

  5. Under Search range, use the drop down box to narrow the result:

    1. Today

    2. Yesterday

    3. Within 1 week

    4. Within 1 month

    5. Within 1 year

    6. Any time

  6. Click on Search

📌 Note: The Anytime date range goes as far back as the first transaction processed since signing up with Access PaySuite Cards. We would recommend to use a smaller date range to stop the search report from crashing or slowing down.

View Transaction

Searching for a transaction, leads to the View transactions page. The table would display the search results as per the criteria given in Search transaction.

Alternatively, a merchant can also view or glance over the transaction process within a day.

  1. Click Transactions in the left-hand bar.

  2. Select View transactions.

  3. Use the Date field to select the date:

    1. Click on the left-arrow to go back a day

    2. Click on the right arrow to fast forward a day

    3. Select the calendar icon to choose a particular day

A merchant can choose which columns they want to see in the viewing table.

For example: if you require to see the acquirer or card issuer or any other field at first glance, click on Customise your view and tick the columns to view.

Clicking on a transaction ID will open the full transaction details page.

Export Transaction

Exporting transactions is the quickest way to download bulk transactions for a particular search.

  1. Under Select date range, select the calendar to choose a date.

  2. Toggle the the up and down arrows to set the time range.

  3. Under Refine criteria by transaction information, you can tick a selection from:

    1. Transaction Status

    2. Transaction Type

    3. Optimize360 Outcome

  4. Tick the Export type and Export Format.

  5. Click on Export.

Choose the level that suits your needs. There are 3 options for Export type:

  • Basic – A straightforward summary of your transactions, ideal for day-to-day reconciliation.

  • Intermediate – Deeper insight into payment trends, settlement data, and customer activity.

  • Extensive – Full, detailed reporting across all payment channels, giving finance and operations teams everything they need for auditing, analysis, and strategic planning.

All reports can be exported for use in the merchant's own systems.

All reports open in an Excel spreadsheet. Downloads are available for CSV, XLS and XLSX formats.

📌Note: For exports with large amounts of data please select CSV export format.
