Reset Password
When your login username and password don't match, you may be required to reset your password.
Click on Forgotten your password.
Type the registered email address.
Select Reset your password.
A link will be sent to your email.
Open the link.
Type out the new password.
Confirm the new password.
Select Set your password.
đNote: A strong password needs to be a mixture of letters, numbers and symbols.
Unlock Account
If a password is attempted many times which is not recognised by the login page, this will lead to the account being locked.
Furthermore, an accounts that has not been used or logged in too will lead to an inactive account.
If the accounts requires reactivation, contact the support team.
