Touch Tone
Touch Tone is a hosted IVR for self-service telephone payments. The payer enters card details using their phone keypad (DTMF) in response to recorded prompts.
CallSecure
CallSecure is invoked by a contact centre agent. The agent captures all identification and reference data, along with the amount to be paid, before transferring the call to CallSecure, where the payer again enters card details using DTMF from their phone keypad.
This excludes the agent and the call centre from PCI scope, as they no longer hear or handle card data.
